Terms for booking a workshop or event

These terms apply when you book a ticket on andthreadsconnect.com. & Threads Connect is a trade name of SPR Consults, Keizer Karelweg 247, 1181 RC Amstelveen, the Netherlands (KvK 70842728, BTW NL002454288B30). Contact: hello@andthreadsconnect.com, +31 6 11156042.

1. Booking and payment

• Prices are in euros and include BTW (VAT).
• You pay online through our payment provider Mollie, using iDEAL | Wero or a credit or debit card.
• Your booking is confirmed once your payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket code.
• While you complete your payment we hold your places for up to 30 minutes. If the payment is not completed, the places are released.

2. Cancelling by you and refunds

• 7 days or more before the event: full refund of the ticket price.
• Between 7 and 2 days before the event: partial refund of 50% of the ticket price.
• Less than 2 days before the event, after it has started, or if you don’t attend: no refund.
• Cancel with the “Manage or cancel booking” link in your confirmation email. Refunds go back to the account you paid with, usually within a few working days.
• For multi-day programmes (such as the Career Sprint), the start of the first session counts as the start of the event.
• Because our workshops are leisure services on a specific date, the 14-day withdrawal period for online purchases does not apply under Dutch consumer law. The refund rules above apply instead.

3. Changes or cancellation by us

• If we have to cancel an event, you get a full refund, or you can choose to move your booking to another date.
• If we change the date, time or location significantly, you can cancel for a full refund.
• Hosts may vary the programme slightly on the day.

4. At the event

• Show your ticket code or QR code at the door. One code covers all tickets in a booking.
• Materials are included unless the event description says otherwise.
• Experiential sessions (such as yoga or constellation work) are not a replacement for medical or psychological care. Tell the host about any health conditions they should know about, and take part at your own pace.
• We may take photos at events. If you prefer not to appear in photos, tell us at check-in.

5. Liability

We are not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings, or for injury, unless caused by our intent or gross negligence. Our liability is in any case limited to the amount you paid for the booking.

6. Complaints and law

Please send any complaint to hello@andthreadsconnect.com. We reply within 14 days. Dutch law applies.
