How we handle your personal data

What we collect and why

• Bookings: your name, email address, the tickets you bought and whether you checked in. We need this to send your tickets, let you in and handle refunds (to perform our agreement with you).
• Payments: handled by Mollie. We receive the payment status and method (for example “iDEAL | Wero”), never your full card or bank details.
• Announcements: if you subscribe, your email address or WhatsApp number and the types of events you’re interested in. We only use this with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• Emails we send: we keep a log of which emails were sent to whom, to solve delivery problems.

Who processes your data for us

• Mollie (payments, the Netherlands)
• Supabase (database, hosted in the EU)
• Netlify (website hosting)
• Resend (sending emails)

We don’t sell your data and we don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for 7 years because Dutch tax law requires it. Subscriber details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing us. You can also file a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
